In 2015, we (Pitt Pirates Robotics) twisted the popular underwater program, SeaPerch to create Creek Creepers. We were looking to expand our innovative robotics programs to the water where we could teach engineering principles at a camp at A Time For Science (ATFS). We took inspiration from the SeaPerch robots to create the affordable program we call Creek Creepers. This program allows students to build and test underwater robots in the ponds at ATFS. It has been a hit with campers since day 1!
